Yes. We collect sales tax on orders delivered to California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado, at the rate for the delivery address. Oregon has no sales tax, so orders delivered to Oregon are not taxed.

All orders are final. Every window is custom-made to the measurements you provide, so we can't accept returns or issue refunds for ordering or measuring errors. If we made a mistake on your order, we'll replace the affected window at no charge. Shipping is quoted per order based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Most orders currently ship for $500 or more, and rising fuel costs are pushing freight rates higher.
